The expertise and professionalism of Precision Door technicians is exemplary. Over a two day period Tyler came out an assessed my garage door damage and helped me remove my car from the garage. He wrote up several reports, documenting everything with photos, and gave me several very reasonable estimates. The following day Jacob arrived early and replaced EVERYTHING except the door. He is a true craftsman. Everything works perfectly and QUIETLY. Neat…..cleaned the area thoroughly! I could not be more pleased with Precision Door. I highly recommend them!!!! Five stars, guys!

I had used Precision before and had great service so of course I chose them again. I had an appointment scheduled but an earlier one became available so they called and asked if I wanted it. Blake and Cameron were here on time, Blake explained all my options at a good price and Cameron followed and had my new opener and “all the fixins” completed in no time. Great workers, great company - I highly recommend them.

Precision exceeded my expectations! They were prompt to respond to my service inquiry and prompt/timely when they performed the agreed upon service for my garage door system. Thanks very much to Blake and Tom for the wonderful job they did. Blake carefully explained the issues caused by improper sized springs installed on my door by another company. He then gave me multiple options for mitigation depending on how much I wanted to spend. He was patient with my questions and helped me set up the app I downloaded to manage my new Liftmaster unit with my phone. They also installed proper sized springs and performed various other maintenance/replacement on worn parts of the door system. It is clear that Blake is highly knowledgeable in his field and able to very competently educate customers. A real asset to Precision!

What more can you write about a Company you call Saturday evening, they respond on Sunday, and have a Tech at my door on Monday...well that Company is Precision Garage Door. I have never had such good service from any Company in the past. I didn't choose Precision because the salesman asked me why I'd want a battery back-up for my garage door motor. I said, "Because this is Florida and this is Orlando, and we get hurricanes. Why would you even ask that question?" Then he goes on to say that there is the lower end model of motor and the other is the one with the wi-fi and battery back-up. I say, "I don't need the big mac-daddy with the wi-fi, just give me one with battery back-up." Everything with battery back-up has wi-fi now, I was told. Which is false. All this guy wanted to do was sell the top-end, most expensive package he could. He didn't care about what it was we needed. AND he tells me 110 mph is the recommended wind rating for the area -which is all the lower end model will provide, BUT for the extra cost we can get an insulated model that's rated for 140! Wow! Who wouldn't want that much more protection? For 1.5K more. The whole package (from lowest to higher) ranged from 2.4K to 3.5K. I got my garage doors -rated at 150mph with a motor that had battery back-up only for under 2K from another company. This place is a rip off.

Good service,only thing I did not like was the new opener came with new wire for door beams and wall opener and instead of running the new wire they spliced the old wire with some new wire. Splicing the wire to me just opens the door with problems when you could easily ran new solid wire with no splices.
