My technician was great and would love to have him back, his name was Jacob. However, I'm still having the same problem. The 1st time I try to open the door in the morning it raises about 2 inches and stops. I close it, then it will raise fine after that the rest of the day. It's just the 1st time. I did have a back up battery installed
