Initially I did an appointment to repair my old garage door which made a lot of noise when closing and when opening it, this was due to a poor repair that had been done by another company which the technician only dedicated himself to charging a high sum of money for a lousy service. I scheduled my appointment on-line with PRECISION GARAGE SERVICES which was very fast and the best of all was when the technician arrived to attend to our request, ROLAND GARCIA was very kind, respectful and with just one adjustment that he made to our door the noise disappeared, Roland was super honest with my wife and me and explained what was happening with our gate, even so we asked him for suggestions to update our door which he offered us his professional advice and we decided to replace it with a new one to which he helped us schedule an appointment for the installation which was super fast and two days later the technician was already at our house to install the new door AUSTIN BRUBAKER was the technician assigned for said installation which was another blessing for us, he and his guys did an impeccable job, now our gate is updated and zero noise, thanks PRECISION.

After looking online for a garage door company and checking reviews, I called your company, I spoke with Alexander miotti who came to my house in about 25 minutes, I explained to him what I was looking for and he came up some great ideas, he explained to me about all of the advantages in going with you as opposed to going with someone like Home Depot or Lowe’s who sub out the work anyway. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. So he ordered the door and said it should arrive in about 3 weeks. I’m looking forward to having my new door and and a professional installation done

Scott ascertained very quickly what was causing a very loud noise when the door was opening, and he corrected it very quickly. The door was installed new on July 1 by Precision. The noise started July 22. He was very polite and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the repair before he left. I was and I am!

I had my garage door rollers replace from metal wheels to plastics one they work perfect no complaints, Know l need the plastic wheel that rotates the belt drive on the garage door replace do to the fact that l install a new belt drive beacuse the old belt got strip so it expose the wire and the door was jerking on the closing and opening positions now the door closes n when it comes back up again, l need your repair man to come n adjust it for me.

Precision installed our original door and opener in 1996, I think. In May of 2019 it started to work intermittently. There was a sticker on the door and I called Fri. , late. They were quick to respond on Mon., first with Rob, the Estimator, shortly after with Beau, the installer, who was here until 6:00 pm Monday. They replaced the opened. serviced the door, including the bottom weather strip, wheels, essentially all , save the door. ND, came back Wed, after I screwed up the remote. Wonderful folks, great service and the woman on the phone was equally wonderful. Very professional with latest tec. My wife and I highly recommend.
