Our garage door lift system failed. We needed help ASAP! Several neighbors recommended Precision. The technician, Kyle Daley, arrived on time. Kyle completed the extensive repair including springs, belt rail, nylon rollers and many other parts. This was accomplished within the time frame and cost estimate he provided. I was very pleased with Kyle and the work he provided thru Precision. I would recommend this team to our neighbors.

Awesome Service! Called at 8am and Frank was here at 10am. He fixed my broken springs, rollers, and cables in under an hour. My garage door has never operated better. Frank was awesome and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him and Precision to anyone with a broken garage door.

Tim was great. Liked his clean look and great truck(hemi Ram). it all seemed organized and professional. Called and you were booked(lucky you for being busy) so I checked around since I did not want to wait. I needed quick service so I called a few other door folks and just did not get the same feeling of assurance that I got from you. So, I called you again to schedule( 2 days out- but I thought it might be worth the wait) and there was a cancellation(lucky me) and so, your man,Tim, showed up in 15 minutes. He had a big smile and the shiniest big PU truck I have seen. Everything was fixed and I have scheduled him to come back in a few weeks and do some more work. I was very happy. I have a suggestion. When someone wants quick service but you are booked, consider going ahead and setting the "for sure appointment" and then tell the customer you will put them on list to call if there is a cancellation. Then keep them updated whether you get a cancellation or not. Have a great week.

Disappointed. The customer service representative I spoke to over the phone on Saturday (4/22) didn't indicate in any way that a fee would be assessed for the visit. Additionally, the work that the technician did at my home easily could have been accomplished with a 5 minute (or less) phone conversation. Resetting codes shouldn't take a technician visit. The "Service Performed" options below don't fit my call so I'm choosing the first one.
