I'm a recurring customer of Precision and have always had superior service from them. I recently had the door bracket that the opener is attached to fail rendering the door unusable. I called then for service hoping to at least get some help within a day or so. Their response was immediate and the technician, Nate Lewis, was at my home in less than an hour. He was the consummate professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. He had the prtoblem solved and r epaired in less than an hour. I highly recommend Precision for all matters related to garage doors!

Tim explained that Precision uses a Torsion system as opposed to the Torque Master system. I told him that the Torque master system was brand new. Tim installed the new belt, rollers and adjusted the spring. At this time, my motor is fine and does not need to be replaced. My door is much quieter than before.

Came home on a Friday to a broken lift spring on the garage door. Searched the neighborhood Facebook page, with everyone recommending Precision Door. I went to the webpage, used the chat function to set up a service call for Saturday! THE NEXT DAY! Wes, the technician called prior to arrival, which was a 1/2 hour early by the way! VERY professional and courteous. He explained all options. Required or needed, suggestions, warranties, etc. I agreed to the work, 45 minutes later the door was working. And quietly! He even lubed all the hinges and rollers to quiet the door. Definitely would recommend to friends and others. Thank you for the quick, hassle-free service.
