my experience was well above what i was expecting. The technician named Nate was very informative and helpful with his inspection of my existing door. He went over everything that he said needed replacing and even answered my questions on things i asked about replacing. Michael showed up today 6 hrs after my call to service the garage door and stop the noise at no charge. He spent an hour here, explained the adjustment made, and said “no charge”. The customer service clerk was able to do same day appointment. Tim Van Vuren was able to come out almost an hour before the scheduled appointment which worked out better for me. Tim and Kole arrived on time and were both very professional in knowledge and appearance. They explained my options in detail and accepted my decision with no counter, pressure or scare tactics. Four stars is due to the lack of communication between the office and the technician. I had canceled the appointment earlier in the day due to the tropical storm in our area. To my surprise Tim and Kole were in my driveway when I got home.

Nate Lewis came out to fix our garage door after our springs broke. I called the office this A.M to request service and he was out within 1.5 hours to repair! They are friendly, respectful of your home, and efficient. I was notified of further repairs that needed to be made & although I wasn’t able to do them today, pictures were taken of the issues and labeled in an email so I know exactly what’s wrong and needs to be repaired.
