The two gentleman that serviced our garage door problem were to say the least were professional, polite and an actual pleasure to take with and watch them work. They assessed our problem and planned their course of action. Problem solved and door works as well, if not better, than original installation. I finally made the decision to have the best garage door opener available installed in my house. After the installation was complete, the installer did a thorough process explaining ALL the features and operations of my new opener. Best decision I could have made having the jack shaft opener installed. So much more space in my garage; it's a much cleaner design; it's sooo incredibly quiet, and best of all, my peace-of-mind!
