I had a very pleasant experience today when Chad, technician, came to fulfill my order. He was very courteous and professional and I was very confident Chad was knowledgeable about garage doors. Chad even went beyond my order of providing remotes and setting them up. He explained and demonstrated how and where to oil the garage door. Much quieter now and protecting the garage door. Great information and thank you Chad.
