The technician arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable concerning my situation. He showed me several problems with my equipment that were causing me problems. Based upon his recommendation I need to start looking for replacements for my doors and opener. The only reason for my 4 star rating is that I don’t agree with their policy to change $65 for just looking at the problem to give an estimate. Yes can only recoup that money is to purchase from them.
