Having trouble with my garage door closing. Was talking to my neighbor about it and she recommended calling Precision. I made the call and the serviceman came out when Kayla made appointment for the day and time frame. He was thorough, explained what he would do, and what I should have done in the coming months. He fixed my garage door and and said he would email a receipt and estimate for future repairs.

Patrick worked well into the night, literally, to repair my garage door. It wouldn't even open!! I was his last appointment of the day and he stayed to replace rollers, torsion tube, cables, and lubricated everything. I live in the foothills and was so grateful for the same day service. Garage Door was repaired, no problem with installation, however the plastic cover on keypad does not fit . It keeps falling off. When I called to have it repaired the representative was less than cooperative. All I need is a different plastic part that fits properly. She would not state if I would have to pay for it or not.This fell out after the technician installed it. I will give a star rating after this issue is resolved.

I've had a troublesome garage door since it was installed eight years ago and have had several techs come out to re-cable it back on. Brandon T. was called this last time and pointed out a number of things that likely contributed to the door coming off the cabling. He took a lot of time making adjustments the other guys overlooked and left with the door working very smoothly. Prices and warranty from this company were very good as well.
