Drew Bates was an excellent technician. He called on his way and arrived early. He quickly diagnosed my problem with my garage door and explained what he would do to fix it. He answered all my questions and showed me the cost for the work before he started. I was impressed with his skill and knowledge. He was very courteous and efficient. Everything he needed was already in his truck. Based on my experience with Drew Bates and the quick response from Precision (on a Saturday), I will now call on Precision for any future garage door work. Thank you for responding so quickly and restoring use of my garage door.

While other companies may be willing to offer temporary solutions our technicians are trained and certified to offer long-term solutions that are safe and reliable for years to come. While I am sorry we could not offer you a solution that you were satisfied with the damage to your door is a safety concern and not something we would encourage our technicians to apply a temporary fix on. Jacob was one of the most patient, courteous technicians we have ever had working at our home. We had several issues we needed to resolve, and he resolved them with knowledge and efficiency. With one issue, he provided us options for repair or replacement, and his explanations for both options helped us make decisions we were entirely comfortable with. With another issue that was not necessarily required of him to resolve, he spent a great deal of time working on it until it was fixed.
