Waiting for new doors we ordered a few days ago, the garage opener failed to work properly after going out for dinner which left side of door fell and remained uneven. I called and set up an appointment for next morning. It was quickly adjusted, reset to not open fully, to avoid taxing the opener and having the issue happen again. We appreciated Justin coming back, explaining the issues, and taking care of them. I cant wait until our new comes in 3-4 weeks. (Oversized height/width)

Ethan was the technician that replaced an antiquated garage door opener and rollers with new ones. The new opener and rollers really reduced the overall sound and improved garage door opening performance. Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional during this process. He worked with us on pricing and provided training on the new operation of the opener. There was no waste or cleanup required after the project was completed. The old system was safely removed and disposed of by Ethan. I confidently recommend Precision to others and will use Precision for future projects.

I purchased an overhead garage door from Precision 2+ years ago and it needed some tuning up. I called and was given an appointment the following day. The Technician came out the next day and did some adjusting and, so far, it is working fine. The work was covered under the door warranty and there was no charge. Technician Luke came and what appeared to have replaced our entire garage door unit and everything was working fine until we tried to reprogram our MyQ program and now the door senses are not working. We’re awaiting a callback on this matter so until then our door is not operating, had to manually close it for the night.

The technician was way more concerned with selling me ridiculously overpriced, poorly made, parts than installing new torsion springs. Workmanship was marginal, at best. I was expecting repairs to cost about $400. Bill was $815. Would have been well over $915 if I had let the guy install new $100+ cables that cost me $9.00 on Amazon + 20 minutes to install. I felt like Precision GDS was intentionally deceptive from the initial call to set up the appointment until the technician left my house. My suggestion....go elsewhere, or at the very least, get a written estimate with everything needed to do the job "right", then, for comparison, get another estimate from another company.

Due to power outage, we had our garage in manual mode. Unfortunately the door came off track, including the cable drum. Precision was out quickly to assess for repair. After further discussion, we decided to move forward with a whole new door and opener system. New door and system was installed within 48 hours.

Cade Marcell was our assigned technician. He called 15 min before scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way. He replaced 2 springs and all the rollers for main door.
