Kevin called me early, able to arrive earlier than planned but offered to stick with the originally scheduled time, if needed. (I appreciated that since sometimes it's hard to leave work early!) It was obvious that the coil was broken. He quoted the price right then, and fixed it in in about half an hour. Quick and thorough. I was very pleased. I highly recommend them.
