Had a problem with my garage door. Precision came out, fixed it in just a few minutes. Turns out, some of the parts they had put in 3 years ago had been the problem. I didn't even have to point out to them that I had a 5-yr. parts warranty...they had it on record and replaced everything at no cost. Excellent service; professionalism; and good to their word. Can't ask for more than that.

A few days ago, Paul came to my house to check on my garage door. It was opening on its' own after I had closed it and one panel had become bent. Paul arrived right on time and repaired the panel and made sure the door was opening and closing properly. He also lubricated the door since it was noisy when being used. He changed the light bulb and the batteries in my remotes. I was only charged the service fee and labor. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will call this company again and will refer others to them.
