Pell City. We had excellent service from Kenny (honest assessment) and Jeremy (installation). Kenny came to the house and helped me determine the best new doors to order, even matching the color exactly. He also adjusted the broken door so we could use it until the new doors came. This was particularly necessary since it took several weeks longer than estimated for the ordered doors. Kenny apologized for the delay and gave me a discount in the cost. My husband observed Jeremy during the installation and was very impressed with his knowledge, efficiency, and pleasant manner. When an adjustment was needed after installation, Kenny came and completed that so I could give him a check for the total. Overall, I am very pleased and will recommend Precision and these men to others. Thank you.
