Very fast on service. Did not like the fact that I could not get a quote on the cost beforehand. $85 for service is great...but my husband said to expect the cost of part to be the maximum. Had a quote from Clopay that the part was $80...but was charged $280. Service tech was nice, fast, and courteous.

Pricing is outrageous! Replacing a spring shouldn’t be more than $180. $80 for the spring, $100 for the labor. The first price was $360. Thankfully I found a coupon and a senior discount,..still feel ripped off. Never again.

Scheduled an appointment for today between 8:00 and 10:00AM. Geoff called me before 8:00, said he was on his way and would be here in about 45 minutes. Jeoff repaired the cables on our garage door, charged us a whopping $620 as soon as he got out of his vehicle he started to unload material and tell me they were running $200 off, my wife and i are on a strict fixed income, we asked around for referrals and you were one of the referrals, he was at our home a whopping less than 35 minutes, i called two more garage door companies to get an estimate free the work was completed, they both said the work that was done should not have cost more than $400 flern Jeoff completed the job, i asked for a detailed receipt, but instead he gave me a receipt of just the cot not a detailed, receipt, he then told me I would receive a deactivated receipt via email, but instead lol i got in my email was info to rate the work performed, my wife and i are on a strict fixed income, the work he performed was in no way work $620 feel we were ripped off.
