Well....I can't sing enough praises about Precision and the service they provide. I closed my garage door on Saturday evening, and it would not open again even when I tried to open it manually. On Monday, I called Precision at 1:10 pm and was given a repair between 2:00 and 4:00 that very day. At 1:47 pm John the service technician called to say he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. He quickly assessed the problem, (broken spring) and replaced the springs and then gave me a lesson on how to lubricate and maintain the springs, bearings, and hinges to prevent future damage. John is not only professional and knowledgeable but also polite and friendly. Precision is very lucky to have him on their team and not only am I a permanent customer but will also "spread the word" about their work and recommend John as the technician to ask for.

Fred, the installer was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He seems to be a good employee. My only complaint is about the answering service who said someone would call me the next morning when they open at 7:00 AM. When I called back at 7:30 AM the service said that the office doesn't open until 8:00. At 8:30 I called and spoke to Mary - who had not received ANY message from the answering service. You need to replace them if you are not receiving messages.

Precision was very thorough in the phone operator scheduling an appointment. The service tech communicated and came right on time and even early. He was able to repair my door and did not push a strong sales pitch for replacing it (although I will replace it shortly). He did recommend some other services if I was interested. I was wet pleased with everything they did for me.

Very pleased with the service. Within 2.5 hours of call the serviceman had arrived, inspected by dysfunctional opener, and installed a new door opener. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I called Precision because the previous homeowner had used this company and there was a Precision sticker on the inside of the garage door.

Even Karen (my first point of contact with this company) was extremely helpful and "On It"! I had my service person (Fred) at my door within 3 hours of putting in my call for help, and fixed in half that time!. I think that's amazing service all the way around!

Called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door wouldn’t open more than a foot off the ground after I heard a very loud metallic pinging sound. The very helpful and polite representative I spoke to (so sorry I don’t remember her name) quickly took my information and said she could have a technician named Fred out to my house, that day, in only a couple of hours! Within 45 minutes, Fred called and said he would arrive in about an hour. Sure enough, Fred showed up on time. He immediately determined the problem to be a broken spring. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what he needed to do in very easy to understand terms. He figured out the precise size and strength of the springs needed to properly open and close the large steel door and set to work. He replaced the 2 springs, tightened the chain from the garage door opener, checked and tightened all other connected parts, lubed everything and within an hour the job was completed. He also tested it a few times to make sure everything worked properly. I was very impressed with this entire experience. From the helpful and friendly person on the phone, to the reasonable service charge, to the same day service and to the technician they sent to our house. Fred is truly an asset to Precision Garage Door Service Company. He is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a quick worker. I highly recommend both Fred and Precision Garage Door Service Company to anyone who needs to have their garage door issues resolved and repaired.
