over priced - service guy was here less then 10 mins. to reattach the cable - then expected a tip! charged a service call of 85 and then labor of 125 - gave two stars because he was on time.......

My garage door stopped working unexpectedly as my fiancée was headed to work. It turned out that the springs needed to be replaced. The team member that I spoke with at Precision Door Service on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I was told to expect someone between 1pm and 3pm. I was super lucky that someone was in the area and he showed up before 11am! John was extremely nice and was willing to share a few tidbits on garage door maintenance. I am beyond grateful for everyone’s assistance. I highly recommend this company!

John did wonders with our garage doors. No more squeaking and creaking. He replaced the bottom seals on both doors, lubed the hinges and springs, and aligned the guide rails. In & out in less than an hour. Wish we had called you guys years ago. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Spring replacement and door repair. Can we give 7 stars?? Same day service, ON THE WEEKEND, same charge as any other day!!! THE BEST SERVICE TECH - Jonathan - we cannot say enough great things about his manner and his work. He was terrific!! And he helped us with replacing the cover we (stupidly) removed from our opener. And he gave us amazing support and advice on future door maintenance. We commend Precision for recognizing talent in their techs, and we will recommend Precision to everyone!

I had one 18 foot door removed and replaced it with a nine and a 10 foot door. Both are beautiful to look at and work just as well. John was a pleasure to work with or rather watch work. Would gladly recommend Precision Door and John.

Okay, so I made a mistake and backed into my garage door.....yes, it is a bit embarrassing to admit this!! Thinking that I was going to have to make an insurance claim and spend maybe thousands of dollars, Precision was able to come to my home the next day, fix my door and cables and have my door looking as good as before for a very reasonable rate. John Waterbury, my garage door expert, did a wonderful job. He was right on time, incredibly knowledgeable, very thorough and very personable. I could not have asked for better and more complete service. I wish I could give him and Precision more than 5 stars!

Garage door repair. Two of my neighbors had used and were very pleased with Precision, so I decided to call them. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I called and within an hour and a half a very knowledgable gentleman was at the door. He explained to me, as I requested, why my door would only open a couple inches. The springs needed to be replaced. I also wanted to know about replacing the garage door with an insulated door. He answered all of my questions, and had the door repaired in no time.

Terrific service. Installed new i-beams on my rails to smooth out operation. Encountered some challenges but the technician worked through them. Lots of difficult, intense work and took longer than anticipated, but charged me what they quoted me. Very happy with the install quality, the service, and the outcome.
