Precision Garage Door is awesome. The last time I needed them (2007) they came right out and replaced the springs that support and lift the door. They were honest then and still are. I needed them yesterday (2019) because the door had actually broken somewhat. Rather than try to sell me an expensive complete door, the guy (Jeff) was able to do a simple repair and the door worked like new again. I admire their honesty and integrity and will continue to use them should I have future problems with my garage door. They are the best as far as I am concerned.
