paid 49.95 for service call tech said he had never seen my problem gave me 3 options to POSSIBLY fix it all $200 and up. only sure fix was $500 which i cant afford for new unit. feel like i paid $50 for little to nothing. i have used overhead before with good results not to happy this time.

I called PDS today as my troubleshooting indicated a short or controller board problem. I was expecting an appointment sometime this week. Austin from PDS text me saying he would be there in 45 minutes. Austin was very polite and efficient in IDing the board problem. Replaced it and checked system. Our door was not working correctly as we have had painters and others in and out for a week. Instead of coming later today from 4:00 to 6:00, Precision man was here at 2:00 and finish solving problem plus lubing our equipment. Best service for overhead door anywhere. Definitely, 5-Stars.

Garage opener failed. Chose local service from google and they arrived on time the next day. Extremely confident young men and installed a new and upgraded opener in less than an hour. Also inspected a second door that was having problems and replaced it the next morning. Very courteous, diagnosed problems, made logical recommendations and knew what they were doing.
