We bought 2 garage doors with smart garage door openers from Precision on the recommendation of our contractor. The staff was very helpful in picking out the doors, sending mockups of how our house would look with various garage door styles. They also were very accommodating as far as scheduling, and really seemed to care that everything was done to our satisfaction. It was easy to communicate with them both by phone and email. I would highly recommend Precision for garage doors.

I don’t normally write reviews, but Brad’s service call was so outstanding I felt the story needed to be told. He called 30 minutes before arriving as a courtesy, when he arrived he looked at my equipment and diagnosed the problem and made recommendations. He was articulate, knowledgeable and professional. When he left, the work area was cleaned up and free of all materials and debris. He’s a credit to Precision Overhead Door and I would give him a 6 star review if possible.
