Precision was able to schedule me the same day I called. The Tech arrived at the beginning of his arrival window. When I discussed the symptoms he looked over my opener and saw that the belt was chewing up the nylon sprocket. He felt the springs were not tight enough which may have caused the damage and he tightened them up. He gave me the option of using my current opener and just pay the maintenance charge or purchasing a new opener motor. I looked at the sprocket and felt it could go at any time and I chose the latter as he had everything he required on his truck. I received the new motor, track and belt drive, infared eyes for safety, a new inside opener, two remotes and he programmed everything and even my cars. This comes with a lifetime warranty from Precision. I highly recommend Precision Door for your garage door requirements.

3 or 4 trips with different employees made measurements, advised us as to what framing was needed, each one different. Our trim carpenter framed/. painted the reframed and repainted at our double expense. The installer who made the final alteration was called off to Atlanta so the manager came to install without the appropriate tools. The project extended over 3 months and overall was super frustrating. The employees and manager were pleasant but the service in total was ridiculous. And still we paid the full amount for the poor customer experience.

We apologize that the initial measurements took multiple visits. The initial technician was uncomfortable giving you final measurements and preferred a senior technician to go over the measurements with you, as this carport conversation made for a very tight fit to get your door installed. The location manager had a discussion with you about this issue and for your inconvenience we have given you a $200.00 refund. I needed a set of torsion springs replaced on my garage door. Precision Door answered my call within 3 rings, assigned a technician and set a timely appointment in a matter of a few minutes. My technician, Brian Flowers was amazing! He called multiple times to keep me updated on when he would be arriving which was extremely helpful. After assessing the repair he took the time to walk me through all my options and never once pressured me into anything. Once I selected what I wanted, he did the repair in professionally and in a timely manner and then went over everything with me at the end. Outstanding!! Everything you could ask for in a company- and more. Our garage door hangs ups and is stuck late night. I call Precision at 6:58 AM, thinking I will leave a voicemail. They answer!! Appointment set for Noon-4PM. The technician, Brian Flower, calls, then arrives at noon. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and quickly has the problem diagnosed. He provides options, and guidence on my requested improvements. He has all required parts and materials, and finishes the job by 2PM. It is better than it ever was- and quieter than before.
