I wanted to write and give your tech 5 stars. He did a great job on the broken spring and replaced the rollers. He pointed out problems with the current opener but that will have to wait for another day. He was quick and on time and knows his stuff. Thank you guys for the job well done.

Technician was professional and finished the job pretty fast. However, kind of expected and suspected when I first call to make appointment, I mentioned about a broken spring in a two car garage door and the lady quoted me a price of $98 to replace the broken one and if I want to replace two, the price would be $196 ; Technician showed up and saying the $98 spring is for something else not the type I need and the cheapest one for the type I need is $180 a piece - costs me $360 to replace both. Given I needed to get the door fix asap so I have to go with it . Again, a bit disappointed to continue to see this type of marketing scheme being practiced by Precision. In short , buyers beware. The company asks clients to provide feedback to make improvement - Lets start with pricing transparency :)

Hello Steve, I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience with Precision, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every job. We also try to be very transparent with pricing, service options and warranties, but we obviously fell short in this instance. Our scheduling department can only answer so many questions regarding pricing and service options since they are not technicians and haven't seen your home. We do provide a starting cost for spring replacement and advise a technician will perform an onsite 25 point safety inspection and provide a written repair estimate before starting any work. Residential garage doors vary a great deal in size and weight and it's impossible to provide a guaranteed cost before a technician can visually inspect a door. Again, I'm sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and we will use it to improve the clarity of our communications.

Garage door repair; the technician called in advance to advise his arrival time; punctual, friendly and explained his analysis as well as options. Repairs were made in a timely fashion and no mess. Upon completion my door operated smoothly and quietly. This is the second time I used Precision and I am very satisfied with their service.

My garage door opener was on its last legs (20+ yrs). I did troubleshooting for all the possible causes and couldn't find out why it wouldn't close. When the Precision technician came out he did a complete inspection. The main cause was a worn out motor which couldn't carry the load. I got answers to all my questions and he explained all my options and pricing. I am completely satisfied with the replacement opener and Precision Garage Door service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors.

I would like to inform you that your TECH, was great...he called us prior to showing up and let us know what time he expected to be at our home. He completed the work pretty quick. The only thing I would like to request is a receipt for the service, the email I received, thanks me for choosing you, but it does not give an invoice and warranty info.
