The technician was fabulous!! He was very knowledgeable. He assessed the issues with the garage door opener and suggested several options regarding a solution. After selecting the best option, he performed the service expertly and in a very timely manner. After installation, he described what he did, explained the invoice and provide instructions on how to make sure the garage door opener works well. He programmed the handheld devices and devices in me and my husbands car. I am extremely pleased with the service. This technician was an expert and had very good people skills. Me and my family are very happy with the way the garage door and opener work. We all are pleased. I'm very happy I chose Precision Door to work on my garage door and opener.

Precision Door Service repaired our garage door opener. The door would open up sporadically at all times of the day (and night), creating a security hazard. We called our home owners warranty and Clint Faber was assigned to our project. He showed up on time, introduced himself, and was extremely professional. Clint showed attention to detail, was methodical, and very meticulous. He systematically worked through the problem until he got it fixed. At one point, he reassured me that he would get to the bottom of the problem. Once finished, he picked up the mess, explained what he did, and offered some maintenance tips for the future. Clint definitely went above and beyond. I can't remember having a more positive interaction with a service technician. We highly recommend Precision Door Service and will not hesitate to call them if needed in the future!

About 5 years ago, Precision came out to replace the garage door opener and springs that were original to my house. I am a previous very satisfied Precision Door customer. On this occasion, a Sunday, I reached Holly, the Precision Door customer service person on duty 9:00 AM. Within a few minutes, she had me on a schedule for that afternoon. Nick, the technician, actually arrived almost two hours early. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door (broken torsion spring) and told me what my options were to repair it. After my option selection, he got to work and finished within an hour. Amazing! My door is quieter, smoother, and now has a lifetime warranty on the springs and rollers installation. You did it again, Precision! Thanks.
