Tech (Clint) did a great job of not only resolving the current problem (misaligned sensors), but also did a wonderful job of putting in some preventive measures. Furthermore, he addressed some issues that were not given enough attention by another technician from same company in February. Clint showed up on time despite bad traffic on the way, was well informed and very pleasant, and demonstrated great attention to the overall customer experience. He even emphasized on some discount options the company was offering to repeat customers. Great experience overall !

My experience was not the best. After paying the $100 service call fee, we were told that our warranty didn't cover the part needed to fix my garage door. We were quoted a ball park figure of $800-$900. We have a warranty that doesn't cover whats needed, go figure.

Excellent support for a weekend emergency when my garage door jumped off one of the tracks. Technician was on time and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The door was damaged beyond repair so he got the door closed and safe. He was extremely helpful in selecting a replacement door and was able to answer all of our questions. He was so impressive that we decided to replace two other garage doors with his products.

I had a garage door spring break. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. The technician seemed knowledgeable and was friendly.
