I recently had my old garage door replaced by Precision, I am 100 % happy and even more. it is really a dream opening the new door. Brian, The Precision Garage Door representative came & gave me a free estimate, he was professional & polite and he explained my different options and the process. He was very helpful in making my mind up to go with Precision. The 2 Technicians were also very courteous & professional, they went about taking down and putting up the new door in just a few hours & then explaining the functions on the different buttons, I could not be happier. One of my 2 torsion springs broke Saturday evening and after contacting them they had a tech at my house 7 hours earlier than scheduled the next day. Took the tech less than an hour to replace the 2 springs and 2 cables on the garage door and get it back up and working. Great service but the price was a little more that expected but given the state of the economy it’s understandable. Tech was friendly and answered all my questions and offered some tips on maintaining everything.

I just had an estimate by your technician Clint Faber and I was sold by my first impression of him and then after he went through equipment, install and warranty I then became a new customer/owner of one of your new garage doors. I had never used Precision Doors and chose it because of its good reviews. Justin was scheduled to come between 8 and 10 a.m. He quickly called me when there was an accident in the tunnel at 7:30 and explained that he would be here about 8:30. He came right on time. Justin promptly went to work and fixed my garage door opener, and then replaced a roller that had come out. At my request he gave me an estimate on a total replacement of door and opener. I was impressed with his work ethic, his knowledge, and his experience and would not hesitate to use Precision again.

My garage door opener was not working properly so after calling Precision I received same day service. Beware of these bozos! They are a scam and crooks. When I called their office they quoted me a fair price that I was satisfy with, when the repairman arrive, the first thing he told me is that I needed to get two torsion springs even though my garage only has one. This is to get me to paid an addition $165.00 dollars for a second torsion spring. He then continue telling me that it is important because of the safety issues of one break the other can prevent the garage door from slamming to the ground. I told him that my house is over twenty years old, and that this is the original spring and that it never had any problem until now. Nevertheless, because I didn't give in I still had to paid a fee of $39.00 dollars (waving $29.00). I did tell him that it doesn't make any for no service not render. I also mention that as a Government retiree (military), I will truly let every one know about this kind of scam that they are pulling off. They do not want to quote customers a price over the phone because if you change your mind when they arrive and they are in your home then you will pay a $65.00 service visit fee even if they do nothing. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!

The guy you sent out was not professioanal. He did the work and did not let my wife see the doors functioning before he left. The left door is not working we called him back and he claims it was working when he left. My wife checked the door minutes after he left it it was not working. I believe he needs to come back at fix it at no cost to us.
