I am giving a five-star rating for my experience /service. I called Saturday morning and was given an appointment for Sunday morning. The techs arrived at the scheduled time. They were knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what the problem was and repair needed. I would highly reccommend Precision, especially the techs that fixed our garage door.

The technician was on time and very friendly and personable. He went over the issues that were present and presented multiple options of resolving them. He provided knowledge on issues that I was unaware of and we picked the appropriate solution to fix the issues at the time. He quickly analyzed the source of the problems I identified and offered optional solutions. He completed his work within 45 minutes, after which he described in detail steps I needed to take to properly maintain optimal garage door/opener operations. The cost of the repair service was reasonable. I highly recommend Precision based on the efficiency and effectiveness of their repair services.

this surely is a 5 star business ,called in morning tech was here at noon,cable had broke on my garage door replaced in about thirty mins very reasonably priced excellent service and friendly service from tech,i am so pleased will never have to look for a different place of service.

Due to a damaged opener mechanism, I was unable to use my garage door. I called Precision on Saturday and was able to get an appointment on Sunday. I thought the service call was reasonably priced and Matt, the service technician, was great. He could have easily told me the opening mechanism couldn't be fixed which would have required an expensive part, but he was completely honest and corrected the problem with just a couple of tools. Honestly, I've been taken advantage of so many times, it was very refreshing to have a technician who corrected the problem so easily and without overcharging me. He was very friendly and explained how to maintain the garage door hardware to make it last as long as possible. I'm very glad I called them.
