Door started having problems all of a sudden locked up at night E mailed precision and they were here by noon exactly when they said 15 minutes fixed, can’t beat that You need a door call these guys they rock

Wow!!!! Gouge much?? $749 to fix a garage door???? Your labor prices and fees are exorbitant!!! If you want a good review, you will need to knock off a minimum of $250 and credit back to our card. The guys did a good job, but the price is simply unacceptable. The only reason we used you is because we remembered having a spring replaced some time ago. Once this monetary adjustment is met, I will give a positive review. Otherwise, expect a negative post on the NextDoor app.

We chose Precision to replace our broken garage door motor belt because of previous good work performed by them at our house. They scheduled us in very quickly, arrived on time, and made the repair without issues. They also gladly accepted a discount we found on the internet and applied it towards our bill. We could not be happier with their repairs and service.
