I was having trouble with my single side garage door. The more I tried to adjust it the worse it got. Jay Skillern came by after calling in for a service call. Great guy, he trouble shot the opener and had it fixed in no time at all. You’ve got a good employee and he represents your company well. This is my second experience with Precision repairing one of my garage doors. The first service was by Jay Skillern and was accomplished completely satisfactorily so I was comfortable calling you when another problem occurred. My second service was by Lyle Rowen and he also provided complete repairs in a short amount of time. So my experiences with Precision's service techs have been pleasant. They know what they are doing and are careful to explain what is the problem, how it will be resolved and what the costs are.

A spring on our double garage door busted a week ago. We called a competitor and had trouble getting a return call to even get on the repair rotation.
