I have used Precision Garage Doors for several years now. They installed my current garage door opener a few years ago. Yesterday my remote garage door opener failed to work. As it has a new battery I contacted Precision Garage Doors. I had an appointment scheduled for today. Preston Waddell arrived promptly as scheduled. He was able to identify the problem quickly and to fix it. I found Preston to be not only pleasant but very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a garage door opener that broke. My tech “Jason Steele” that came out to my house, showed up on time and explained the repair process in detail. He quoted me a price for repair and replacement. I opted for a replacement. He did super, thorough job, he is a super nice guy and explained everything in great detail. He answered all my questions. impressed with the staff of Precision Garage Door. Very professional and knowledgeable from the estimate through the installation! Our doors came with the house and were 21 years old, the one-piece door with the coil springs that they no longer make. They removed 2 doors and had to replace the framing in our garage to hang the new ones. It looks awesome. We now have keypad entries and an app for our phone! We highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Exceptional service from our Tech - Preston Wadell. We thought the cables broke but it turned out to be the spring. It apparently broke in half. We also found out the door only had 1 spring when it should have had 2. Preston fixed everything and replaced one spring and added another. The door is so quiet now. Thank you Preston and Precision Door. Simply wonderful.

Tony was very professional and thorough in finding why I could not closed the garage door. He detected a wire failure immediately and repaired it. While here he inspected and lubricated everything. I had him also match garage opener with car and replaced the bottom door weather strip. Would recommend Precision to friends and neighbors, which I already have.

Our garage door didn’t work. Found precision garage door on google with good reviews and they sent Kendrick on the same day (Saturday). He figured out that the belt was wore out and suggested to replace the belt and rail. That fixed the problem. Kendrick was friendly and knew how to fix our problem.
