Aiden and Mike were personable, professional and completed the service so quickly! Precision made for an easy garage door opener experience...I called on a Sunday afternoon and service was scheduled for midday Monday. I woke to an email advising me of my repair mans name and picture..nice touch! Aiden called mid-morning to say he could arrive early if that worked for me (yippee). The guys quickly sized up my issue (25 year old garage door open died), listened to my needs and made recommendations. Before I knew it the new opener was installed and they were on their way. Thank you!!

Tom called this morning telling what time he would be arriving. He was on time. He ok at the garage door motor and said it was 15 years old and should be replaced. Which I gave the go ahead. We also changed springs and installed a opener for easy way to get in garage. Set up car remote to open garage door from car. Tom was very good at what he did in explaining everything. A job well done.

Precision Door was very professional to deal with! Excellent customer service and follow through. As a female home owner I appreciated the extra level of security provided by letting me know who my technician would be in advance, and even sending me a photo so I would know who to expect! The technician, Aiden, was very professional and diagnosed and repaired our doors very efficiently. Fortunately, we did not need a major repair but if we ever do, we will call Precision again for sure!
