Today my husband and I had two brand new garage doors installed. The two technicians we're extremely friendly, very professional. They were respectful of our property. They did a wonderful job on the installation of both garage doors, took the time to explain how to use and maintain the doors and their controls. I had a garage door lock replaced.. Tommy was the technician and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Although I didn’t see the text/Voicemail alerting me that he was going to be early it is great that they inform you.. I also think it’s great that they send an email the day of with the technician’s name and picture with a little profile about the technician.. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed..

Tom did an outstanding job installing our new garage door opener. He explained all our options, and got right to work. He explained the operations a nd programming after the installation was complete. It was nice to know he was the technician before he came. All old materials were removed after the job was complete.
