I was a first-time customer, choosing Precision from the rave reviews of prior customers. They delivered. My 2 openers were close to burned out from age and lift force required. The springs were no longer working fully at assisting the load, hence extra effort on openers. Net, I chose to replace my openers, springs and associated materials, getting the lifetime warranty. My tech, David, was extremely knowledgeable, competent, efficient and personable. Outstanding work!

A spring on the garage door broke. The first company I called for repairs told me it would be three days before they could get to me. Then I called Precision and they were here the next day. The Technician (Luke, nice guy by the way) arrived promptly as promised. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and opener and offered several service options. He completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess behind.

Thirty-eight-year-old garage door opener failed after closing on obstruction. Precision technician replaced the opener and also upgraded the springs and rollers for smoother opening. I am very pleased with the smoother and quieter operation of the garage door.

The tech was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. However, I was never at any point told there would be a service charge if I didn't do the work that day. I would never have scheduled had I known that. It takes all confidence away when the wool is pulled over your eyes.

We had a great experience. When I contacted Precision they were able to get someone out on the same day. Kevin, the technician, was a pro. He was able to diagnose the problems with our old garage door opener, talk me through the pros and cons of replacing it (with no pressure to buy) and then install a new (and quiet!) opener for me, all within a couple of hours.

Terry, my technician, was wonderful. He came out and assessed my door and explained to me why it wasn't functioning properly. He gave me several scenarios of how we could fix the issue and the different pricing for each. I ended up just replacing it all and the quote he gave me was the exact amount I paid. There were absolutely no hidden fees. On the day of install, he was on-time, professional, and kept the job site tidy. Upon leaving he made sure I was happy with the work he had done and emailed me the invoice. I will always use Precision Door going forward.
