We had 2 technicians on site and they were both great. The primary tech was very informative and professional. You have excellent representation there. My only complaint.... a 3% credit card fee. Additionally, probably a fee that should be communicated ahead of processing. I used an AMEX. Would I have saved $50 if I had used a Mastercard? Otherwise, great service!

I had a broken spring on a decades old system that was in danger of breaking in other places as well (the other spring, frayed cables, etc.). Never-mind that the rollers were loud as heck. I got new springs, drums, cables, and rollers for a decent price. Very happy with the work done and the warranty is great for my peace-of-mind.

Luke Mattia was the tech who came out to my house. Before he showed up he gave me a heads up (35 min) and told me he needed to make a quick stop and asked if I wanted a coffee or other drink. Right away I thought this was something you do not get anymore in customer service. Once he showed up which was right in time he inspected the door and found it needed replaced. I almost fell over when he told me the cost but he worked with me and found ways to save me some money. He was very professional and did a great job. If he represents how the rest of the company operates then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and precision door. Thanks again Luke and happy holidays man!!

They take pride in their work and the company. It meant a lot that Will gave me a call to confirm our appointment and then again when he was 20-minutes out. And he went out of his way to make sure that our two garage doors were safe.
