My recently purchased home had a 30-year old garage door opener thst stopped working. Issac came out and showed me the problem and thst getting parts to repair it round not be feasible. He gave me 10% off a new system and did a wonderful, professional job of installing it. There’s a five-year warranty and now I have a working garage door. I highly recommend Precision.

Matt solved a problem with our garage door opener he had never seen. He made a phone call and troubleshooted until he solved the problem, our door only opened one foot. Matt determined that a high voltage wire installed by the builder needed to be a low voltage wire. Matt was so nice and we were 100% satisfied with his service.

Well how can I rave enough. Yesterday I called cause my doors were working slowly. The response was so wonderful on the phone. I think I spoke with Rachel but I’m bad at names. She put me on the schedule for today. Texts followed confirming my appt. Our garage door chain was not running smoothly. After calling another company (still hasn’t called back 4 days later), I called Precision. That was 10:30 am. To make amazement, they set me up for a noon (an hour and a half later!) assignment. Josh arrived at noon. We discussed our options, and he set to work. At 1:15, he was done with the entire job. He demonstrated the operation and that was it. I am extremely pleased with the speed of the appointment and Josh’s work. Thank you for a flawless process
