I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and made an online appointment for the next day after the main spring broke on my garage door.I soon received a text form the manger, Rob asking for a bit more detail, which I provided with a photo of the broken spring. Dan form Precision the following day and was very thorough with explaining the fix and cost. I had the springs replaced about 6 or 7 years ago by a different company and was surprised that the spring didn't last longer. Dan was was informative and respectful of the other company's work but in the end It was my understanding that a heavier duty spring should have been used. Which is what was installed this time. My entire dealing with the company was very positive and I would recommend them for garage door repairs.

Precision Garage Door Services came quickly to diagnosis my garage door issues. Booking was easy and tech updates were efficient and on time. Brian was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issues concerning why my 2 garage doors were malfunctioning. He gave multiple price quotes and once I picked the best option he right away started repairing and replacing what was needed. He worked efficiently and set up the new equipment in a matter of a few hours. He was patient and informative on everything concerning my new opener and new replacement parts.
