My experience was a good one. Daniel was professional and polite and took the time to explain everything to me. Daniel changed both springs, cables and pulleys very quickly and I have no issues with the door now. Works perfectly. Precision customer service is also good i called and they set me up with a appointment and fix the garage door issue same day.

Thank you for your prompt service. I had used Precision several years ago, so, I was pleased that not only that I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called, but that the person answering my call solicited information that would help trouble-shoot the problem. Had an issue with rubber seal at bottom of door and called for replacement. My service technician, Matthew Lawrence, couldn’t have been any more efficient. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. As a new homeowner I am not well versed in the world of garage doors but he assured me I had a good door and motor.
