Precision Garage Door Services was amazing! The receptionist was so kind and welcoming in helping me book an appointment to be seen within the same day! The technician, John, was very sweet and understanding in helping with the problem. He was very helpful when at first we wanted to change the remotes but then changed our minds into getting a new motor as well. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

First let me say Isaac Ward, gave me the education to understand why garage door is malfunctioning the way it is. He explained the parts several pieces versus one piece which in my opinion is better for durability. He took the measurements explained everything to me and made everything make sense for my understanding. He spoke and used terms that were digestible for me. I really appreciated the way he treated me during this estimate. Good honest clean business. We need more people like him in the world. I have to say this but too often men come to do estimates and when they see a women they start playing games and the honesty goes out the door. I have sent many people away for thinking that I’m stupid. However Isaac came to my home to do a job this morning and he did his job. He explained what he was doing why he was doing it and what was wrong with the functionality of the door. He went over the estimate with me so I know what I’m getting for the price. When I decide to replace my door I will give consideration. Good customer service goes a long way. Thanks Isaac.
