I had a spring broken on my door on Sunday. All other GD business were closed. My car was stuck in the garage and the door was to heavy to lift. I was very happy to see Precision was open, and they were at my house within a few hours. AJ the tech was very polite and very knowledgeable. He had the spring fixed and tested and out the door within an hr. Very Pleased.

The technician, Sharaad, arrived as scheduled, did an excellent job of replacing various damaged operating door parts, answered all my questions and explained what had to be done and why. He had all necessary parts to make all the required repairs with him and quickly completed the job. Sharad was wonderful. I called at about 3:30 and he was here within the hour, replaced the torsion springs and noticed that the other garage door springs were also in need of replacement. Price seemed steep, but the service and professionalism were excellent.

Within 12 hours, a tech was at our house, working on our door. He was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. The only complaint I have is that the cost of replacing a cable, springs and rollers came to $800+ --- for one door. Repair took under 1 hour. I had no idea the parts would be so expensive, and I purchased their "Good" or lowest price package offered. That said, the work is guaranteed, outside of sticker shock, my experience was a pleasant one. I may have to shop around a bit more if I need additional repairs to get educated on potential costs.
