Verry impressed. Was able to get an appointment in a short period of time. On day of service, I was texted that a tec was on the way which included a photo and a short bio of tec followed by a phone call with an ETA. The tec, AJ and his trainee, arrived promptly. I was told what should be done and was given options of service. Both verry professional and polite. New opener installed in just over an hour. Verry satisfied and would highly recommend.

They have 24/7 service which is great if your garage door fails on Sunday, which ours did. The Tech called to say he could fit us in Tuesday and showed up early which was also appreciated. The job was completed in a timely manner and the door seems to work properly. The overall cost to replace two torsion springs, pulley cables and pulleys was almost $1000 including labor, which is very expensive especially as parts alone would amount to less than $200. Good service if you’re in a pinch, but you may want to search for better pricing.

I'm so pleased with the job! I had to cancel an appt earlier in the week due to an unexpected health emergency and they were very understanding. Scheduling online was so simple. For the rescheduled appt the technician called to say he could be here earlier if that was okay with me. Zach, the technician, ~ I can't say enough about his work. He diagnosed the problem areas, offered se eral solutions along with the costs (and they have a senior discount). After I made my informed decision Zach got right to it. The door works like it never has before!! Everything was picked up and I didn't have to dispose of anything. I would highly recommend Precision!!
