We called precision door because one of the springs broke on our garage door. Brett was our consultant and confirmed he was on the way in a text that included an ID pic. Note: same day response. Brett inspected the door and opener, identified issues and provided several repair options with explanations. Brett is knowledgeable and explained all of the work that was completed.
