10/10 recommend. I was in the process of getting quotes from multiple garage door companies, all of which were 5-8 weeks out for the inspection/quote. I called Precision, & they were able to come out with only a 2 day lead time & install is only 2 weeks out. Patrick was extremely personable & professional. He was also very informative, clear with pricing, & explanation of the whole process. Great pricing when compared to other companies in town.

We are so happy with Precision! Our original garage door needed replacement and Precision was able to get out within a day of first contact for a bid. We were able to have the garage door installed about 3 weeks after paying the initial deposit, and the installation of the door, track, rollers, and new belt-fed opener only took about 2 hours. Everyone we've dealt with has been amazing and the prices were very reasonable.

A torsion spring broke on our double car garage door and I phoned Precision. The tech phoned before his appointed arrival time and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done and offered several options. Although he completed the work very professionally I was surprised that the replacement of two springs and a center bearing was so costly. I was expecting the repair would to be in the $500 to $600 price range. I was charged $820.00 for the service. Precision is very expensive and exorbitant with their pricing structure. Precision Garage Door is who we will call from now on whenever we have any issues with our garage door. The tech who worked on our garage door was Matt and he was extremely professional and even called when he was 10 minutes from arriving, and once he arrived he diagnosed our problem and gave us a quote and once agreed he completed the repairs quickly and kept us informed throughout the process. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with Matt and the price quoted was below what we had expected and repairs were preformed quickly and professionally, so we are glad that we called Precision Garage Door for the issues we had with our garage door and plan to call them in the future whenever we need anything else! My garage door would not work due to cables being messed up. I needed this fixed as soon as possible so I started googling companies. I found them and called at 7:10 this morning. Quick response time. Called on a Sunday night and first thing Monday morning a William M.was at my door. William was knowledgeable and quick to identify all of the repairs needed to get my door fixed. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything that wasn't needed, or pressured into upgrading over what I need for my purposes. He helped show me how to take care of my door and hardware so it will last longer. I am very happy with the prompt service and information I received.
