The team who installed our new doors were awesome. All three were men very mannerable and extremely accommodating to a “ticky” couple. I really appreciate the fact that they cleaned up everything afterwards, even down to one small 1/2” piece of wiring. I recommend precision door for all your needs.

A friend gave us Precision's name and number after our 18-year old garage door "died." Shortly after calling the company, John visited our home, quickly assessed the situation, proposed a solution, and set up the fix. He explained our options, with prices; discussed pros/cons of each. We appreciated this simple, straightforward approach. The next day, Nathan visited our home and had a new door up in no time. The service for an appointment is great, the technician very professional. An invoice or receipt of payment was to be e-mailed. After a few days of not receiving it I called requesting one. To my amazement what was sent to me was a statement of no invoice # or amount paid, only the fact the balance of the account is zero. What does it take to get a receipt for payment of service?

Called Precision for malfunctioning drive way gate. They came out the next day and had my gate working again in no time. I can not remember the service techs name but he was very professional & knowledgeable about our electronic gate system. Thanks for a great job at a fair price! The job they did was NOT Garage door repair but I was forced to click on that in order to submit my review. Precision-add that as a service performed. People need to know you work on electronic gates.

We replaced our garage door and operator. Precision sent out a person to make an estimate which was very competitive on Friday. We called to leave a message on Sat. that we wanted to go forward. They called back and set up an appointment for Monday. Brandon and another person arrived on time Monday took down the old equipment and replaced the door and operator. They cleaned up after completing the work and took away the old equipment. I am very pleased with the service, and explanation of how the new equipment works I would use them again with out any concerns.

I found out that our spring had broke on our door. Called Precision and the customer service rep was nice and friendly and an appointment was set for that Monday. Chris came out before time and explained what could be done. He didn't fix it that day because some special springs needed to be ordered but he did help me get my car out of the garage that day. He came back that Friday and quickly installed the new springs. Thanks Precision! I would recommend them any time!
