Payton was awesome! He called to let me know he was in route and around what time I should expect his arrival. Even though he arrived a little early, he waited until the time he told me. LOL Payton even waited for me to tell him everything about the door before he even made any suggestions. GREAT LISTENER! He made his recommendations and emailed me 2 quotes and told me to call the office when I’ve made my decision. He even told me about the financing options when he saw the look on my face. He really did try to make me feel better. Thanks for having such a nice, positive energy and attitude.

I don't often give 5 stars but Precision door services exceeded my expectations. They sent Michael Falberg out to diagnose the issue with my door and he temporarily fixed it until they could install my new garage door. Michael was very upfront about everything with me and didn't try to upsell me on a door I didn't need, which is really nice. A week later they sent Nathan Burns to install my new door. Him and the other guy ( I don't remember his name) installed my garage door quicker than expected and did in a very professional manner. Then when it came time to pay, the total turned out to be less than the estimated cost which is a big plus. Thank You all. I will definitely tell others about Precision Door Services.

My garage door opener broke last Friday. I called two companies for an estimate; one company said their technician would call back to make an appointment—I’m still waiting for that call. Precision said their technician, Payton, would be at my place by a certain time and he was. He accessed the problem and told me what options were available and their costs. I made my decision and he scheduled me for today,Monday. Today he called and said he could be here earlier than scheduled if I wanted—I did. The work was completed quickly and correctly; he even paired both my vehicle door remotes before leaving. Payton was/is very knowledgeable, professional and nice person. I certainly recommend this company
