I left a message about my broken door spring on the original installers voice mail at mid-day and never received an answer so I called PDS late in the afternoon after reading their reviews. I actually was able to talk to a 'live person' after 5 pm. She was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for us the following morning. Mike arrived at 8 am as planned, put in a new set of springs, fixing the problem and left around 10 am. The installation looks amazing and Mike was a great guy!

A malfunctioning garage door remote control in the winter is such a pain. After finding Precision online, we were impressed with their many recent and very favorable reviews. The dispatcher who took my call was very personable and thorough - reading back to me my contact information and nature of the problem. Right away this assured me that the technician would get the right information and come prepared to fix the problem. Great start! Cole called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and near by - could he come over early? He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired some electrical connections, then lubricated the wheels and did some simple maintenance, all so that we would get our money's worth out of the flat fee for the service call. He wouldn't have had to do the extra stuff (and it was cold in the garage), but the fact that he did do it impressed me. Precision is now the new sticker on our door for any future garage door repair. I appreciated their service and way of doing business. It was a really good experience.

Eli was super thorough in explaining repairs and services and even offered to fix the existing setup of the guide mounts. I bought a new opener to go along with everything, not just because they did a great job but because they have a great warranty as well. Great job, it almost looks like we got a whole new door!
