Looking to "tune up" our 5 year old garage door. Noisy and heavy for my wife...when dealing with power outage. Although, not in a hurry, we experienced, Next day service. Your repair did not work! Later in the evening I went out for supper. The door opened just fine, but when I tried to close it, it did the bounce back open. I tried it a few more times with the same result. So I pulled the red handle and closed the door manually. When I returned from the restaurant it was the same failure. I spent over a hundred bucks and am no better off. What can we do now? I hope you have a better fix,

I had Precision install a new garage door opener several years ago and have used their services in the past. I called them recently after scraping the side of the door when backing out of the garage and being unable to use the remote opener as well as the wall mounted main unit. They responded within a few hours and resolved the problem in a short time. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what was done. He was very professional and courteous and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely continue to call Precision when I have a problem and would recommend them to anyone needing installation or repair of a garage door opener.

We had a wooden garage door that came off the rales and cracked in several spots. On a Monday evening I booked an appointment online but decided to switch to another day. I clicked on chat and someone responded immediately and politely switched to the day that worked best. Chris came out to our home in Apple Valley the day after I set the appointment and assessed the problem. With the door beyond repair, he quoted us on a new garage door that was a very fair price. When you are given a window of time, Chris emailed and called to let me know when he would arrive. I recall him saying that they will install the door and you will not have to call back because the job will be done right the first time. On Thursday of the same week, Install Team-3 called to let us know when they would be there which was appreciated. Ripping the old door and installing the new door only took 2 hours. The two guys that came out were friendly and did a great job. We are very pleased with our new garage door and the service was top-notch. Anyone who needs a new garage door or repair, they don't need to look anywhere but Precision Garage Door!
