I received an email with who would be coming to my home and gave me some information about the employee. Clayton walked through all the concerns I had and what issues my garage door was having and provided me with multiple options for resolutions. This company was able to make a same day appointment and scheduled a repair within two days. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using and recommending this company to anyone I can!

First of all, I was very pleased with being able to schedule a service time online. We had broken garage door springs and at the worst time of the year. Mike let me know when he was on the way. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do and gave us several options. He replaced the springs quickly and our garage door has never been so quiet when opening/closing. Precision Garage Door is the best by far and our only choice from now on!
