I called a local company and never got a response. This morning I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service of Owensboro. I immediately found that I could schedule an appointment online on their website. It was so easy, and user friendly. I was able to book my appointment for the same day, and the time that fit my schedule. The technician called to let me know he was on his way. Jarron was so professional and listened to my concern. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure. I am very thankful that I got Jarron. If I have any issues again this is place I’m calling and the technician I want to work on my garage doors. I have been having issues with my garage door for over a year. It's been looked at twice by other professionals, to no avail. I've replaced the opener and rollers, I've done all the necessary maintenance and then some. But then a spring broke, and my door was useless again. PGD answered the phone with a person on a Saturday afternoon and had a repairman at my house on Monday morning. He replaced the springs and some rollers I'd missed, and got everything working again, better than it was before. I hope to not need any more repairs, but I know who to call if I do!
