I called one day and Eric was out the very next day. He came looked at my garage and it turned out to be sensors and rollers that needed to be replaced. I didn’t realize that he was ready to fix it right on the spot. And at a reasonable price. I can’t express how impressed I was with the service and professionalism this company provides. I truly wish more companies were this genuine!! Hands down best costumer service I’ve experienced in years!! Thank you Eric, Teri and the Precision team. Wow what a company.

This company has the absolute BEST service I’ve experienced in years!! Real people talk and communicate every step of the way!!! I called Tuesday morning with questions, and by Wednesday morning I had spoken to the technician 3 times, received estimates and photographs, and came home to a completely repaired door and another with several repairs explained and corrected. I was extremely pleased with the overall service I received, they were prompt and efficient. I appreciated the service the technician, Jarron gave us. He was very professional and friendly, and I was impressed with his knowledge and skill. He was here for about 1.5 hours and replaced 2 springs and 3 bearings on our large door, and all the rollers on both my large door and smaller door. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Owensboro for any service needed on your garage door.

Eric came out on a late appointment, evaluated problem with existing garage door opener, explained issues found. I made choice to have him install a new one. He happily obliged. Had one available with him, installed it, went through troubleshooting, addressed issue and remedied on the spot. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had us up and running right away. We had a tension spring break, so I googled garage repair, Precision Door popped up and website was super easy to set an appointment up even on Holiday. Today I get a call from Eric and he said he would be there at 8, which he was right on time. I also get a text from company saying this is Eric with his picture and a little bio, which was nice to put a face to who would be showing up at my house. It was obviously a spring but he did full inspection then gave us reasonable priced options and explained everything very well. My husband and I liked how down to earth Eric was, the fact that he didn’t try to up sell us or give products we didn’t need, we inquired about a new garage opener since he was here anyway. Again he gave us options and explanations. He replaced everything except the garage door and rails. It was quick and a great price. Will definitely call him again for our needs. Best part is our garage door is so quiet and smooth now, don’t even hear it open in the house.
