Jack is friendly, courteous, and went right to work to reenter and update my Iphone so I could notify me when anyone opened my garage door. Then Jack checked the garage door and it's functioning and lubricated the joints for continued usage.

Very knowledgeable, well spoken and answered all questions concerning the garage doors. The installation was done in a timely manner. The only thing that was irritating was trying to get in touch the tech or installation people you have to go through the home office and they send a message to that person. I’m sure they have a reason for that but a big pain in the butt.

Fantastic service! Installer (Kerry) called and asked if I would like to move my installation for earlier in the day which worked perfectly for me. Showed up on time and gave me several options and suggested several alternatives, which I preferred. After selecting the correct option for my needs, which included new springs and rollers as well as the garage door opener, Kerry began work who was later joined by his co-worker Alex. This was a special treat as working as a team the installation was done quicker than anticipated. Their professional and dedecation to seeing the installation was done correctly. Afterwards, they explained what they did and how it affect the performance of my garage door. Kerry even synced my car’s in built garage door opener to my new unit, as well as program my outside keypad. I felt assured that Alex and Kerry were professionals in both their job performances and their people skills. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs or a new garage door opener. The finishing touch was that there was no hidden up charges from the price quoted. Precision has a lifelong customer in me for all future services.

Excellent service! I called on a Friday afternoon, spoke with a real person, who was very nice and understanding, and a technician was able to be at my home the next morning. His name was Jack. He is very knowledgeable and came prepared with all parts needed to repair any problem I had. In two hours he had everything that I needed finished. He was very courteous and gave me a couple of options to choose from. After I chose an option, he went right to work and didn't mind answering any questions I had as he was working. Precision was very prompt in the scheduling process. The technician, Riley, was exceptional. He gave a complete assessment of our garage door checking out the entire system. We were having problems with closing our door with the wall controller and our remotes. He pinpointed our problem, giving us options on how to proceed. Not only was he thorough but he was also professional and friendly in his approach. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again if needed.
