I can edit this pending the outcome of the remaining open issue. Hours after the installation concluded the first remote the tech handed me began to randomly flash a blue light and open/close the garage door without me touching the remote. I had to remove the battery to get it to stop. The tech came back today with a new remote and success, vehicles are programmed and seemingly operating OK. I asked the tech to program my outdoor keypad and he informed me it wasn’t compatible. Why wasn’t I informed when he was here providing the estimate 2 days ago? The tech told there is a universal remote I can purchase on-line made my “Lansing”. I can’t find it online and your office never heard of it….but you have one to sell me for $90(!). I’d like to give y’all a glowing recommendation but need this to be resolved amicably. Please provide the info I need to order a universal garage door keypad that works with my/your system. The tech who came out was nice, professional, and did good work, no complaints there.

Had issues with garage door wiring and smoothness of closing. Called and set up an appointment the technician was out the next day. Nate the technician was very good at explaining options for refurbishing my door. Very polite. So far seems everything is working fine and what I had done has a 3 year warranty.

I really enjoyed my experience with Precision today. Austin and Nathan were experienced, polite, and very professional. Everything was done in one day as advertised. Although I spent a little more than I was expecting to, I believe it was well worth it. We replaced the opener and several door parts. I highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door issues.

The only thing that was irritating was trying to get in touch the tech or installation people you have to go through the home office and they send a message to that person. I’m sure they have a reason for that but a big pain in the butt.

Fantastic service! Installer (Kerry) called and asked if I would like to move my installation for earlier in the day which worked perfectly for me. Showed up on time and gave me several options and suggested several alternatives, which I preferred. After selecting the correct option for my needs, which included new springs and rollers as well as the garage door opener, Kerry began work who was later joined by his co-worker Alex. This was a special treat as working as a team the installation was done quicker than anticipated. Their professional and dedecation to seeing the installation was done correctly. Afterwards, they explained what they did and how it affect the performance of my garage door. Kerry even synced my car’s in built garage door opener to my new unit, as well as program my outside keypad. I felt assured that Alex and Kerry were professionals in both their job performances and their people skills. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs or a new garage door opener. The finishing touch was that there was no hidden up charges from the price quoted. Precision has a lifelong customer in me for all future services.
