Nathan was exceptional. Fixed the problem. Very courteous. My only complaint is I had to pay $50 when it was under 1 year warranty. A 50.00 charge for warranty work is unacceptable

Called Sunday evening. The person I talked to scheduled the appointment for Tuesday between 8-10. Brian the technician showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable. Decided to replace the faulty garage door opener. In just a few hour a new one was installed. Very satisfied.

I built my house on a lot with a large existing steel building. The 16 foot roll up doors on the building were not level and were extremely hard to open. I needed to have the doors repaired and I wanted to install garage door openers. I called Precision because of its reputation for expert quality overhead door service. The person who took my call promptly set me up for a consultation appointment. Corey Hane from Precision showed up promptly and on time. He quickly assessed the problems and issues, explained what needed to be done, and provided me with an estimate. I was very impressed and put down a deposit on the spot. Today, Corey and his team leveled and repaired my doors and installed two garage door openers. They were courteous, professional, and very nice folks. And they were clearly experts at what they do. I couldn’t be more pleased by my experience with Corey and Precision. I highly recommend them if you need overhead door services.

Precision Overhead Garage door service was exceptional from our phone call, communication, next morning text and phone call from our Technician Kenny saying he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He walked us through what he would recommend and why. He was thorough and competent. We are extremely pleased with Kenny and the job he did for us.
