This company is top shelf! First they sent Rob out to exam my door for the problems I was experiencing. He took pictures of all the parts of my garage door. Rob pointed out that the opener was twenty-five years old and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Then, Bernard showed up to do the work just as Rob said he would. In just a couple of hours, the job was completed. Bernard is a great technician. All I can say is I’m glad I called Precision Door company. Don’t second guess it, call them first. Their price was very reasonable. Took pics when finished so there was before and after pics! Door works like new!

After the old spring on our garage door broke I chose to call Precision based on their great list of services and customer reviews. A review of the repairs needed was scheduled for the same day and I was given a full explanation and pricing on the minimum repairs and on a full replacement of all working parts. Once I made my decision on the repairs I wanted the order was placed and a tech came out within an hour and did the repairs! The tech did an excellent job and my garage door works much more smoothly and quietly than it has since we bought our home. It should be 4 stars. Right after I wrote the review above, I went out to put the door down and it would not stay down. I had t have another service call to have some adjustments made. It works perfectly now. He was early for the second service call. I am happy with your company, and will use you again; however everything was not perfect so 4 out of 5 stars. I give 5 for perfection. I never intended it to be 3. I must have done something wrong. I am not perfect either!

Precision Door is excellent. Let me say that I am in CT, and my aunt is in FL, and it was my aunt's door that needed replacing. Precision Door came the day they were called to give estimates, and even helped close the current garage door that was damaged. They then moved very quickly from initial contact to actual full replacement, even assisted with clearing out garage. Job was done, from initial inspection to full completion, within two weeks, and this included the time needed for Precision Door to order and receive the double-wide door needed. Wish they were in CT!
