I was completely satisfied. I will use Precision again should the need arise. Shortly after I asked for an appointment via the internet, I was contacted and an appointment was made. Garrett called me a 1/2 hour before our scheduled time and he arrived right on time. After a swift review and price proposal, he efficiently made the needed repairs. Garrett also answered several questions I had regarding our current unit. And while he could have tried to up-sell me he did not although he let me know that Precision could help me with any future need.

Installer arrived on time and trouble shot the problem with our old garage door opener. We elected to have a new Belt Drive Garage Door Opener installed. The installer had the new garage door opener on his truck and completed the installation in about an hour. The installation was expertly performed. The installer lubricated the rollers on our garage door and programed the remote controller in my car. The new garage door with the belt drive is much quieter than the old garage door opener. My wife and I are very pleased with the new garage door opener and professional service from the Precision Door installer. This is the third garage door opener Precision Door has installed for us over the years. Excellent company.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Quality products. Same day service. My 25 year old Genie door opener was not closing all the way. The service tech came out and gave me options after doing an inspection (tune up the door or replace opener) I chose the tune up and the tech did a through tune up. I noticed immediately that the door was much quieter and rolled smoothly up and down. And now closed completely. When this old Genie finally needs replacing I will definitely call them back and have them install one of their recommended high quality dependable openers.
